Quality advance planning
During planning and realization phases a systematic quality advance planning from product development to series production is done. For this we use state-of-the-art technical resources.

Product tests
For the coverage of quality and reliability of our products in prototype and serial production phases we are equipped with highly precise testing and measuring machines. In our quality assurance work experts and specialists trained for the daily use of simple slide gages up to 3-d coordinates measuring machines for tactile and optic measuring tasks. For the evaluation and analysis of measuring results corresponding IT-systems (CAQ) are available.
Prototype technical-release procedures acc. to standard methods (Empb (VdA) /PPAP (QS-9000) are daily routine.
