With a staff of 45, on state-of-the-art molding machines with clamping forces between 20 t and 200 t, we produce a wide range of plastic parts. Besides the handling of all known technical thermoplastics the main focus is on the use of high temperature resistant and special modified polymers. Several round table machines and vertical engines allow us to handle complex and filigree inserts or realize difficult outsert moldings. Complete fabrication cells and handling robots are standard.

Our in-house trained specialized staff ensures by its experience and knowledge robust and stable manufacturing processes. The consequent practice of statistical test methods for prototype technical-release procedure and improvement are the basis.

In terms of "TPM" (total productive maintenance) by preventive maintenance and systematical inspection as well as checks and calibration the availability of machinery and equipment is guaranteed and the repeatability of production processes ensured.
