Development/Construction
Planning and realization of the fabrication of challenging plastic parts and devices seeks a big pool of experience as well as a high degree of professional competence. We at GEMA combine the knowledge of all departments already in the conceptual phase to be able to offer our customers optimal results even before starting work on the series solution.

1. Project engineering
In this phase imaginativeness defines a product’s success or flop.
According to the customers needs at this step we act in various profoundness. Starting with the concept of a principal solution and choosing the ideal material as far as making the sheer plan ready for series production – we offer everything that helps evaluating and realizing an idea.
At this point, all relevant departments are already involved.
2. Development and Construction
In this phase the internal construction department elaborates the projects. The tools, appliances and automations are planned and implemented as well. Several 3-d-workstations are available.
A steady contact person leads the project taking care of permanent close coordination with the customer as well as the implementation in our own production.
3. Pre-series production phase
Last changes in components and workshop facilities arise in this phase of the project. Short lines of communication and the fact, all departments responsible for planning and production are together in one company resp. one house make sure that no time is wasted.
Managed by our project leaders, all departments work hand in hand for an efficient flow ahead of series production.
